Join Our Team as an Early Childhood Teacher!

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Barnesville Daycare Center in Baker, MN. If you have a passion for working with children and creating a nurturing and educational environment, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities for children
  • Provide care and supervision for children in a safe and supportive environment
  • Build positive relationships with children and families
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding children's progress and development
  • Observe and assess children to track their growth and development
  • Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with young children
  • Knowledge of early childhood development and best practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patient, caring, and compassionate attitude
  • Valid CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Early Childhood Education degree or related field preferred
