Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for a dedicated Daycare Provider to join our team at the Barnesville Daycare Center in Fergus Falls, MN. The Daycare Provider will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing environment for children to learn and grow. Job duties include:

• Supervising and interacting with children in our care
• Implementing age-appropriate activities and curriculum
• Ensuring the safety and well-being of all children
• Communicating effectively with parents and caregivers
• Maintaining a clean and organized childcare facility
• Following all licensing regulations and standards

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

• Previous experience working in a daycare or childcare setting
• A passion for working with children and helping them learn and grow
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
